Josh Weinstein, COOJoshua Weinstein has over two decades of experience in the information technology (IT) industry having worked for both large and small companies as an IT Director, Consultant and Network Administrator. To complement his Masters degree in Management Information Systems, in 2010 he completed a post-baccalaureate degree in Health Information Administration from the University of Toledo. He holds a number of technical certifications including the distinguished AHIMA Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA). An entrepreneur by nature, Josh has also owned and successfully operated several IT and rental property businesses.
Joe Wallace, CEOJoseph Wallace has many years of experience in leadership positions including ownership in a company that successfully completed an Initial Public Offering. His entrepreneurial management style has produced many awards and recognitions for organizational and sales growth. Under Joe’s leadership the company has developed a broad portfolio of services and steadily grown market share in two states. His conservative fiscal attendance has ensured financial success. Joe is active in the community serving on various boards.
Stanley Freedman, CFOStanley Freedman has enjoyed an extensive career in public accounting. Serving as a partner in national and local CPA firms, he provided clients with auditing, tax and business consulting services. A Michigan CPA, Stan is a lifetime member of the American Institute and Michigan Association of CPAs. Active in the community, Stan has served as president of the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit and as a board member and treasurer for many non-profit organizations.
Matt Teal, IT/EHR SpecialistMatt Teal has over 12 years of IT related experience. He has held several positions performing desktop hardware, software and network support. For the last 5 years, he has been predominantly involved with the implementation, support and training of electronic health records (EHR's). Matt holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Toledo.
